Refund and Returns Policy

1. Business customers only

CyboBuy supplies business customers (Unternehmer within the meaning of §14 BGB). Goods are sold on the basis of an individually agreed quotation. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation) does not apply; see our Widerrufsbelehrung. If you are a consumer, please contact us first at contact@cybobuy.com.

2. Order-based supply

Listings state reference quantities and do not constitute a binding offer. An order is confirmed once we issue a written order confirmation. Returns require our prior written agreement; goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Damaged or incorrect goods

For bulk commodities, quality and quantity are checked on delivery against the agreed specification and the shipping documents. Non-conforming or damaged goods must be reported to us in writing (with photos and the delivery-note number) within 5 working days of delivery; we will then arrange replacement, credit or refund on the agreed terms.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it is paid by the payment method originally used, after our written agreement, normally within 14 days of that agreement.
